The Gem Tester II provides a quick and easy way to identify diamonds/moissanite and separates up to 16 common coloured gemstones based on their thermal conductivity with its clear and direct analogue display.

Presidium Gem Tester II is a premium portable desktop device that utilizes dual thermal and reflectivity tests as well asPresidium's signature retractable probe tips, which ensures constant pressure between probe and gemstone, to accurately separate diamonds and diamond simulants or synthetics such as moissanite from coloured gemstones. The PGT II runs on AC power or two (2) AA batteries.
